How are my calls billed?

The charges for calls to our access numbers will simply appear on your normal phone bill from your telephone provider (usually Eircom, Telewest or NTL).

So for example, if you make a 5 minute call to South Africa from a Eircom phone via access number 0844 428 45 45 which is charged at 4Cent/Min; Next time you get your Eircom bill you will see a call to our 0844 428 45 45 number, a duration of 5 minutes and a total charge of 5 min x 4 cent = 20 cent.

Please note that the onward international calls will not be itemised on your bill. As your normal telephone provider bills you for the calls, not Dial Wise, all you will be able to see is what your telephone supplier provides you with. We unfortunately cannot supply itemised call lists.
